My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had the typical Residence Inn vibe but seemed a bit dusty due to remodeling. It was great that the hotel is smoke-free. My room was located around the corner at the other end of the hallway, making it a bit inconvenient. However, the service was excellent, especially thanks to Charisse Welch, their event specialist.
